TITAN TINE

| Spring Treatment Simplified |
Why Aerate?
Aeration is an important part of maintaining a healthy
course and general ground areas. It relieves compaction, allows water
and gas to infiltrate the soil, and mixes plant material with the soil to aid in the breakdown of organic matter. |

Frequently Asked Questions....
Q: Where are Titan Tines made?
A: All materials and components including packaging of Titan tines are
manufactured in the USA exclusively for Toro.
Q: What is normal wear expectancy for a Titan tine and Titan Max?
A: Many components versions have promoted longevity based on hole
aerated. This is a very difficult measurement considering wear rates may
vary greatly depending on size of area impact, application and soil
conditions. Expected longevity of a standard Titan tine should be three
times that of a classic original version. A Titan Max tine perform three
times or greater than standard Titan tines. Testing conducted confirms
our Titan Max tine will last 19% and 24% longer than leading competitive
versions.
|
Q: Why are there so many varieties of tines?
A: We offer such a wide variety of tines to give customers the greatest
flexibility in aeration choice. Every customer has a unique soil
situation and variety provides the opportunity to choose a tine best
suited for your need.
Q: Do Toro Tines fit other manufacturers’ aerator models?
A: Yes, Toro Titan tines will fit most John Deere®, Ryan® and Jacobsen®
aerators. Mounting size of the tine should be used to match dimensions of aerator tine head

It’s a fact!
Toro Titan Tines last 19%, even 24% longer than the next leading
competitors. Not surprising. Brazed joints and a special tungsten
carbide blend allow for maximum durability. And an incredibly strong
alloy material and a unique heat treat process mean longer wear. With
over 100 tines available in multiple varieties, there’s one to fit most OEM model

Pass Convenience and Efficiency
The new ProCore Processor sweeps, processes and disperses aeration
cores in one pass directly behind the ProCore aerator. A single operator and tractor can now accomplish the work of many. |
